By accessing or using BailBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
BailBridge is a fundraising platform that enables families to raise funds for bail. BailBridge is not a bail bondsman, legal service, or financial institution. We do not guarantee release or provide legal advice.
Campaign organizers are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. You agree not to misrepresent charges, bail amounts, or personal circumstances. BailBridge reserves the right to remove campaigns that violate our policies or contain false information.
All donations are made voluntarily. Donations are processed through Stripe and transferred to the campaign organizer. BailBridge charges a platform fee to cover operating costs. Donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise noted. BailBridge does not guarantee that a campaign will reach its goal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a campaign is found to be fraudulent, BailBridge will make reasonable efforts to issue refunds. Contact support@bailbridge.org within 30 days of your donation to request a review.
You may not use BailBridge to raise funds for violent offenses, create fraudulent campaigns, harass other users, or violate any applicable law. BailBridge reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
BailBridge is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BailBridge disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BailBridge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
