BailBridge collects information you provide directly, including name, email address, payment information, and details submitted when creating or donating to a campaign. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your information to operate the BailBridge platform, process payments, communicate with you about campaigns, send administrative notices, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. BailBridge does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating our platform, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of BailBridge users. Campaign organizers receive limited donor information necessary to coordinate bail payment.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@bailbridge.org, subject to legal retention requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
